Bonne Successfully Exhibited at the 2026 Munich Shanghai Exhibition

postExhibition Records

From March 23 to 27, the three-day 2026 Munich Shanghai Electronics Production Equipment Exhibition (productronica China) successfully concluded at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. Bonne Ultrasonic Technology (Booth No. E2-2670) made a stunning debut with its full-stack welding solutions for new energy vehicles and energy storage, joining thousands of industry peers in witnessing the latest breakthroughs in ultrasonic metal welding technology!

Throughout the three-day event, the Bonne booth remained bustling with visitors. Whether it was the wire-to-wire welding solutions or the demonstrations of high-voltage harness terminal welding, both drew large crowds of industry professionals who stopped to engage in discussions. Through live demonstrations, the technical team vividly showcased the exceptional performance of Bangneng equipment in achieving near-zero-resistance connections and joining dissimilar metals.

Hardcore Tech Showcase: Electromagnetic Pulse Welding—The “Speed Artist” of Dissimilar Metal Joining

“No filler, no melting, strong bonds” — this is often the first impression of this technology.

When it comes to dissimilar metal combinations—such as aluminum-to-copper or aluminum-to-steel—that are difficult to weld using conventional methods, electromagnetic pulse welding demonstrates exceptional capability.

No filler materials, cleaner joints: As a solid-state process, it does not rely on welding wire or flux, eliminating the risk of galvanic corrosion introduced by additional materials.

Near-zero heat-affected zone (HAZ): By generating a high-velocity electromagnetic pulse to achieve solid-state bonding, it avoids thermal distortion associated with traditional welding methods, making it ideal for heat-sensitive applications such as battery tab connections and high-voltage wire harness systems.

At the booth, the electromagnetic pulse welding technology exhibit consistently drew crowds of curious engineers who stopped to watch. This “cutting-edge technology,” which harnesses the power of instantaneous strong magnetic fields, is redefining the boundaries of metal joining.

In addition, during the exhibition’s high-level forum, Mr. Zhao Yinglong, a former senior SQE at General Motors, specifically highlighted the critical role of advanced welding processes in ensuring vehicle reliability during his presentation on commercial vehicle quality. This further underscored Bangneng’s technical value and industry recognition in the field of high-end welding equipment.

Electromagnetic pulse welding utilizes instantaneous high-intensity magnetic fields to achieve high-strength joints between dissimilar metals. It requires no filler material, produces a minimal heat-affected zone, and is both environmentally friendly and highly efficient. Meanwhile, our ultrasonic product series, which operates on the principle of high-frequency vibration, demonstrates exceptional stability and consistency in applications such as low-altitude flight, new energy wiring harnesses, and non-ferrous metal joining. These two complementary technological approaches attracted a large number of industry professionals who stopped to engage in discussions and explore business opportunities.

Precision and Stability: Ultrasonic Series Products—The “Connection Experts” of the Micro World

1.In terms of inspections

The TDE-I fully automatic inspection system employs dual “visual and mechanical” verification to serve as the final safeguard for weld quality.

2.Welding

Rotation and Decoupling: EVT-ROTATE-FOUR replaces vertical impact with rotational vibration, precisely focusing energy at the interface; EVT-II decouples pressure and vibration, balancing high power with precise control.

Dual-Transducer and Synergy: The EVT-III employs a dual-transducer time-division drive system for more uniform energy distribution.

Upgrade and Iteration: EVC-PRO Enables Quick-Change Wire-to-Wire Welding with No Need to Adjust the Vertical Position of the Welding Head

Minimum and Maximum: The EVC-MINI specializes in extremely fine wire diameters of 0.13–3 mm², with precise power control to prevent wire damage; the EVC-IV covers large-cross-section welding of 10–150 mm², featuring adaptive management throughout the process.

Automated feeding of chain-type terminals—say goodbye to manual placement once and for all: EVT-I-A

3.Automation Side

The EVT-AUTO-D fully automated workstation enables unmanned operation from feeding to inspection, while the EVT-I-A eliminates manual placement entirely through continuous chain-type terminal feeding. Together, they form a complete closed-loop system comprising “automatic feeding—intelligent soldering—in-line inspection—data traceability.”

Though three days is a brief span of time, we witnessed the industry’s urgent need for high-quality joining technologies. Whether it was the curiosity and exploration surrounding electromagnetic pulse welding—a “rising star”—or the deep trust placed in our ultrasonic product line—a “tried-and-true solution”—every visitor who stopped by and every in-depth technical exchange further strengthened our conviction: only breakthroughs in foundational joining technologies can unlock the boundless potential of new energy and precision manufacturing.
