The equipment operates through a dual-module synergistic mode: First, a high-resolution CCD vision module performs a comprehensive appearance scan, accurately identifying cosmetic defects like weld offset, flash, and exposed copper. It then immediately proceeds to the precision force testing module. Driven by a servo-motor force control system, it conducts 100% online non-destructive pull tests (or push tests) on every product.
