- Ultrasonic welding for copper and aluminum wire harnesses and battery terminals.
- High-current terminal-to-wire connections for automotive harnesses and energy storage systems.
This ultrasonic terminal welder features a dual-transducer high-power welding architecture, utilizing time-division synchronous drive technology to ensure precise microsecond-level coordination between multiple transducers during the ultrasonic metal welding process.
The system is equipped with adaptive amplitude-power management. It monitors the transducer’s operating status in real-time and automatically adjusts parameters when the equipment approaches or reaches its output limit. This keeps the transducers operating within a safe range, effectively preventing damage from overloading.
Compared to traditional single-transducer terminal welding machines, this technology delivers three major improvements:
- More Balanced Energy Distribution: Under the same power output, the dual-transducer design reduces energy density on a single side, resulting in more uniform force across the wire harness welding interface.
- Smoother Amplitude Output: Dispersed energy control significantly reduces the risk of impact damage to sensitive components.
- Greater Welding Adaptability: It achieves high-power output while maintaining amplitude flexibility, perfectly meeting the demands of precision ultrasonic welding.
