Through the seamless integration of five core modules, this fully automatic ultrasonic metal welding machine achieves a completely unmanned process—from raw material feeding to final inspection.
The journey begins with the Automatic Feeding Module. Utilizing a vibratory bowl for precise feeding and visual positioning, it ensures “zero-error” alignment between the wire harness and the terminal, setting the standard for a high-speed ultrasonic terminal welder. Next, in the Ultrasonic Welding Module, a robust metallurgical bond for 150mm² wires is achieved in just 1.6 seconds via ultrasonic metal welding technology—without the need for any flux, resulting in strong, low-resistance connections.
Post-welding is not the end, but the starting point of our rigorous inspection. The CCD Vision Module first scans the weld’s appearance, strictly checking for flash and misalignment. Immediately after, the Non-destructive Push-Force Testing Module initiates 100% full inspection. By replacing traditional destructive sampling with precision force control technology, it ensures every single unit meets strength standards without damaging the product, truly achieving a “zero-defect” workflow.
Finally, all welding parameters and inspection data are aggregated in real-time into the management system, seamlessly interfacing with the MES to build a full lifecycle traceability chain from production to delivery.
